Just a few data from the original review I've now also got 3 toes with chipped gel polish, a nail that has snapped off, and one toe where the gel completely peeled off. I got these done a week and a half ago.

What a disappointing experience. Went with friends, and my nails look they were painted by a 5 year old. I explained I was upset how they looked and requested a refund. Was told by they owner they don't give refunds. Some people may have had good experiences here, but why would you chance having your nails look clownish when you could pick another salon? Poor quality and management not willingness to make a wrong a right.

I REALLY wanted to like this place. I've read the reviews and have friends that go there and love it. I called and was told they were very busy and asked if I could come in at 2. I got there at 1:50, picked out my color and was seated at a station. I was paying at the counter by 2:17. I felt very rushed like I was being "squeezed" in. TELL me if you don't have openings. AND the place was packed. I counted over 20 people with only one pedi chair open. NO social distancing, but everyone was wearing masks. I received NO cuticle care or hand and arm massage. In and out. I should have been charged for a half mani b/c that is what I received. Upswing, my tech, Ty, was VERY nice and she did do a great job, but it was not a comfortable and relaxing experience. Only good takeaway is that they have Sunday hours. Will I return? Too soon to tell. We'll see how long the nails last. :-(
